Every woman has a story.  Some stories enrich their lives and some stories are full of limiting beliefs that hold them back from reaching their true potentials.  As women we are nurturers by nature so we give so much to others and very little time and attention to ourselves.  Over time, we begin to feel unappreciated, lose our self-confidence, begin to question our own identity to the point that low self-esteem becomes a part of us.
